Preparing for your coaching session

How do our coaching sessions work?

Your coaching session will be hosted on the Lightning Smart website via video link. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to access the video link at the allotted time. You can also access your session from the My Account area of the website. Sessions last one hour.

When booking you will have been asked to give a brief outline of the discussion topic. The coach will come prepared but will ask you what you’d like to discuss at the beginning of the session, so it’s OK to change your mind.

Responsibility
The relationship between you and your coach will be governed by the standards of your coach’s professional association. Lightning Smart is not responsible for the content of coaching sessions. If you need to make a complaint then get in touch with us and we will provide you with details of your coach’s professional association and their complaint handling process.

Our legal duty
Coaches maintain strict confidentiality standards but do have a duty to report serious concerns about the physical welfare of a client or if they are told about any activity that would breach the law.
